21 12 Games has released Ptolemee, a commercial tool that allows the user to list and organise PBR textures with a live preview that includes real-time displacement. Ptolemee is compatible with Unreal Engine, started life as an internal tool when the studio couldn’t find an existing application that met their requirements. Future development will include side by side comparison for materials, and perhaps the ability to visualise and organise static and skeletal meshes. Ptolemee costs $5 from Gumroad.
