Effective TD’s Eloi Andaluz Fullà has released a short video discussing what we can expect in the future for 3DS Max, based on fleshing out the recent road map and Autodesk’s recent GDC Presentation. Discussion points include detachable viewports, a new bake to texture workflow, new retopology tools, and a new procedural system based on Bifrost board that will initially bringing fire and smoke but is likely to be extended to include a lot more.
