You can uninstall Maya on Linux using yum remove. You must have superuser privileges to uninstall Maya.Use yum remove to remove Bifrost, Substance, and Maya:
sudo yum remove <mayapackage> sudo yum remove <bifrostpackage> sudo yum remove <substancepackage>
This process does not remove the Maya or Bifrost directories.
