“Error Loading Paramblock2” message occurs when loading scene files containing Substance materials in 3ds Max

When loading certain scene files containing Substance materials or components into 3ds Max, the following error occurs:

File Open Error

Error Loading ParamBlock2

Environment:

Adobe Substance plugin

Causes:

Known issue with specific versions of the Substance plugin for 3ds Max.
